Can’t make it to one of these clinics?

Please visit Washington Vaccine Finder to find other appointments.

Seattle Public Schools is partnering with the Seattle Visiting Nurse Association (SVNA) to provide vaccine clinics for the public.

Important information for registration:

  • All patients will need their own, separate appointment in the patient’s name, with their information. A family of four will need four appointments. If you are unable to register all patients within the same time block, please choose the closest available time block for the remaining patients. You may still come together at the same time.
  • You must have an accepted, verified insurance plan on file during registration, or you will need to pay out-of-pocket at the time of service. Due to the end of the Public Health Emergency, there is unfortunately no federal funding for uninsured patients at this time.
  • If you have questions, please reach out to info@seattlevna.com for assistance.

Getting vaccines is optimal for getting through cold-weather seasons. Vaccine clinics are held inside schools. Pre-enrolling for an appointment through the GO VAX Kids registration form is preferred, however people who walk up may use their cell phone or paper form to enroll.

GO-VAX Kids is offering free flu, COVID-19 and school-required vaccines for children ages six months to 18 years. Insurance is not required. Please text 206-688-1057 with questions
